Wound Care Across North Texas

We drive to 15 counties across North Texas, including the neighborhoods other providers skip.

We show up across North Texas

US Wound covers 15 counties across the Dallas–Fort Worth region and the North Texas countryside around it. That’s a lot of ground, dense city neighborhoods, fast-growing suburbs, lake communities, and rural county roads, and we cover it the same way everywhere: our licensed nurse practitioners come to your door. It doesn’t matter which neighborhood you’re in or what your home looks like. We go where other providers won’t, and we treat every patient like family, start to finish.

For a lot of the people we serve, that’s the difference between getting care and going without. The patients most likely to have a serious wound, older adults, people with diabetes or limited mobility, those recovering from surgery, are often the ones for whom a trip across the county to a wound clinic is hardest. Coming to the home removes that barrier entirely.

How we cover this much ground

North Texas isn’t one kind of place, so consistent care means meeting each area on its own terms:

  • The DFW metro core, Tarrant, Dallas, Collin, and Denton counties, is dense and traffic-heavy, where a routine clinic visit can eat half a day. Coming to you turns that back into an hour at home.
  • The suburban ring, Rockwall, Ellis, Johnson, Parker, and Kaufman counties, is growing fast, with new neighborhoods often sitting a long way from specialty care. We keep up with that growth street by street.
  • The rural and northern counties, from Hunt, Wise, Hood, Navarro, and Erath out to Grayson up on the Red River and the Oklahoma border, are where distance matters most. Missing visits because the drive is too far is how a small wound becomes a big one; we make sure that doesn’t happen by bringing the care to the home.

Whichever kind of place you call home, the model is the same: we verify your benefits first, schedule you, usually the same week, next day for stat referrals, and keep coming back until the wound heals.

The same care, wherever you are

Every patient gets the same standard of care from a licensed nurse practitioner, following the same clinical standards, coordinated with your local doctors and home health nurses. We walk alongside them, and we stay with you until your wound is fully healed. After that, we’re here if you ever need us again.
